Snowglobes

In the Snowglobe series, the artist recreated, in precise miniature scale, key areas of the San Francisco Art Institute, and placed in those areas miniature sculptural portraits of people who attended, taught or worked there.  In Critique, she created a snowglobe of the students and professor from an actual critique seminar she attended in Studio 10 of the San Francisco Art Institute.  On the day her work was to be critiqued, she set up the chairs as they were depicted in the snowglobe, and allowed the class to enter the classroom to discover they were critiquing a snowglobe of themselves critiquing a snowglobe.
